Simon's will deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise.

General
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Simon's
Hardware and Bath. To receive a refund all returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and defects. |

Order Cancellation Policy
You can also cancel un-shipped items. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, you will have to process a general return. If an order is shipped prior to cancellation, it is subject to a 25% restocking charge. |

Product Inspections
We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged
in transit. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage. If there is any damage, please contact Simon's immediately at (888)2-SIMONS, menu option #2.
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Claims for shortages, breakage or damaged goods must be made within 3 business days after delivery, or they will not be honored. |

Simon's Hardware and Bath sells are not available in our web catalog but can be purchased over the phone. If you order a special order item
and you subsequently want to
return it, please call our toll-free number,
as it may not be returnable or may be subject to a greater than normal restocking fee. When you call, a sales associate will notify you of any applicable return charges. If defective, you may only exchange these items for the same product. Please call our customer service number if you are uncertain about any part of this return policy or you have unanswered questions. |
